Merchandise NFT

Concepts

Represent the right to claim merchandise. Can be exchanged with actual merchandise or exchange with the profit made from selling the merchandise.

Follows the ERC-1155 standard for multiple NFT for same merchandise.

NFT Sale

  • Auction Sale

    • Set initial minimum price

    • Sell to the investors with the top n bids at nth bidded price.

    • (경매하려면 현금으로 하기는 좀 어려울 것 같기도)

Burn Option

  • Receive with actual merchandise: NFT is burnt. Actual merchandise can be received.

  • Share profit: Merchandise is sold via Company's Sell Channel. (profit - fee) can be claimed by the owner with burning the NFT.

Life Cycle

  • 6 Month Cycle for single project

  • Month 0

    • Mint NFT (new investment opportunity)

  • Month 1

    • NFT Sale

  • Month 2

    • Ordering & Shipping

    • Choose burn option Deadline

      • Default option is sharing profit

      • Must change burn option to receiveing

      • Add additional address

  • Month 3 ~ 5

    • Send product to investors who have chosen to receive product (burn NFT)

    • Product Sale (for remaining)

  • Month 6

    • NFT holders can burn to claim Profit for 3 months
